With Tesla we're seeing unfiltered customer videos. Hours and hours of them. This gives us a clear picture of how good and how bad FSD is.
With Mobileye it's only company-curated videos. By comparison, this is far less indicative of true capabilities, because you never know what percentage of drives were smooth.
Please allow unaffiliated 3rd parties to evaluate your system.

Agreed. I would like to see more unfiltered, long form, videos. It's weird because a couple years ago, Mobileye did release some hour long videos but then they stopped.

@@TheDiplomat27 Even a 1 hour long video is not enough. One can record 100 of them using two cars in one week, and show only the best one.
We need an unaffiliated source. One which doesn't care showing failure, of it occurs.

@@shaimach I agree. But part of the issue might be that Mobileye only deploys their tech through OEMs like carmakers. They don't deploy it directly to the consumer like Tesla does. And the only carmaker that has deployed SuperVision on city streets to consumers is Zeekr in China and it is still in beta. You might be able to find some videos if you can get on the Chinese Google. I know you can find consumer videos of SuperVision on highways on the Zeekr on the Chinese Google. SuperVision is going to other OEMs like Polestar but they have not released SuperVision to the consumer yet AFAIK. So until the carmaker actually releases SuperVision to the consumer, our only hope is to get videos from Mobileye. It is not like Tesla which is willing to deploy FSD beta directly to the fleet right away. Most OEMs are more cautious about deploying self-driving software.

This is most likely because Mobileye is so far behind Tesla FSD, and unfiltered 3rd party videos would make it even more obvious.

Amnon, seeing as israel has very clearly demonstrated great evil you may want to distance yourself from that evil very explicitly, publicly and repeatedly if you want anyone to ever deal with your company ever again. Pretending that you aren't doing evil is more of the same.
