How it's made: Fresh Chrysanthemum Flower Tea

We have a small patch of Chrysanthemum flower at our farm. They flower all year round in our veggie garden and attract the bees and other animals. The flower has a sweet and mild floral aroma.
When steep the fresh flower in hot water to make tea, you can scent the floral aroma more distinctively. The tea contains high amount of Magnesium and Phosphorous and is great for relaxation and calming.
