I don't. I really don't. It's basically just name dropping. If each game would have at least picture of the board and other pictures, it would kind of create yearn to learn more.Now it's like cool, Tom likes this game or doesn't, I have no idea what the game is about or how it plays. These have less information than news section of games that aren't released yet. Also I really really despise the fact there's clock running like this is some kind of race against time to say the least about game and give score of it. If you produce this kind of video, then it's same review a full game in youtube shorts section and be done about it.

Except there is no pictures of what the games look like.
Great format! At the end I would recommend listing the top 10 game rankings from the video so viewers can easily look into them later instead of having to backtrack in the video. Looking forward to your review of Lynx from Play to Z games in the future (they should be at GenCon, I demo'd and purchased at Origins).

Maybe he hadn't played it yet? He described the game as "abstract strategy" here, ehen it is a drafting game. 🤔

Well-lit 4k video, good job producers
Got to disagree on Druids - takes some time to grok and plays very different at different player counts. Understanding the action follow mechanics and setting yourself up to capitalize on other turns is essential.
Lots of great mechanics combined in a very different way makes a fun, nuanced game with a ton of interaction. I'd give it a 8. Try it if you can, and make sure to play a few times!
New camera? resolution seems much crisper
Its in 4k instead of their usual 1080p. So definitely more crisp!

@@Unit17CZcams resolutions aren’t real, they’ve got more to do with nitrate than actual resolution
Lighting is a bit different (more flat?) this time too
@@Edu-qv4lq Higher resolution means more bitrate. Doesn't matter if its true native or not. If there's a 4k option and a 1080p option, more likely than not 4k will be way crisper.

I think this is a bit too short for me - I’d like at least a shot of the game/components personally. There is an 8.5 game in there - would like to hear a bit more about it. Just my own opinion

7/10 on Skyrise is criminal. That is a great, interactive, and strategic game.

6 for me. They took all the teeth out of the knife fight known as Metropolys and made it into bumper cars, except now you have to drive the bumper car in manual with far too many buttons
7 is still a good score.
You should cover your mouth when you say "x minutes" at the beginning and do a audio dub with the actual time 😊

They probably don’t. Most of these games will sell less than a few thousand copies.
With the amount of uninspiring games that are being shovelled out, I think it’s only a matter of time before the bottom falls out of the board game industry and we see a great reduction in the number of releases.
