I have received a pre-admission letter , which instructed me to pre-enroll on univeritly website. However, I am concerned because I applied using my four-year temporary transcript and I do not yet have my degree certificate, which I will receive on August 30th. Can I still pre-enroll to the universityitly without it or use a provisional certificate instead? In any case, I will provide my original certificate to the embassy instead of the provisional one.
Firstly, check what documents are required by the university that u need to upload on universitaly

It will take u to page of your university where the required documents will written if degree is written there than reach out to the university using there international office email write your id or applicant number on subject and ask them about your query
They will take minimum of 1 day to 3 days to reply to u if they say you can upload hope or pass certificate than upload that in pre enrollment

Plz first do verification than do it for safety purpose
First, you should scan all your documents and then apply for pre-enrollment. Then Attest your documents from HEC and the Ministry of foreign affairs. then do Italian translation of your Educational documents. Do all these tasks on an urgent basis.
