Hey Royal, thanks for your video. I want to ask you about my problem. I registered my pre enrolment and they sent me an e-mail stating that my application had been sent to the consulate. At the same time my university sent another email stating that I need to upload my other documents to Universitaly. When ı checked, I saw that I uploaded my high school diploma twice instead of uploading my university diploma. But I cant change my application, it is locked. What I have to do?

Hello, i already applied for a university fro pre enrollment it's been over 40 days should i wait anymore, I have already got a pre acceptance letter from a university but at a time only one application is allowed in the Universitaly website, i have mailed them several times but it's says the mail delivery is incomplete, i used the exact mail id they have provided in the website i don't know what's the problem, what should i do ?

Yes you can apply to as many schools as you want but for pre-enrolment on universitaly, you can pre-enrol to only one chosen university because the university will send that info to the Italian embassy to help you request for Visa
I applied to a school through Universitaly portal but I have not gotten an admission response from the school but I got an email from another school at University of Marche saying that I passed the pre evaluation phase that I should pre enroll at Universitaly portal.. so can I cancel my previous application on that portal since the school has not given me admission?

Admission letter not required. The details are being sent to the embassy and your school ( who will validate it before sending it to the embassy). You want to add it? Check if that option is available

It depends on the admission board. I have no idea of that however usually you give it a month after the end of the particular call that you applied to.

There are some universities that will request you pre-enrol while applying to them like Naples, Salento etc hence if you get admission with other universities and want to go with them instead email the university you have already pre-enrolled go to cancel your pre-enrolment or open it up for you to pre-enrol to a different university.

You need to cancel your previous pre Enrollment to be able to pre enrol to Cassino
