Wancho Naga of Arunachal Pradesh population is likely 2.50 lakhs...
As per the economic census of 2011.Ao comes in second.sumi in third.konyak nearly 3lakhs.if we follow the blood line of konyaks mainly from Arunachal not excluding Myanmar. The total will be 6lakhs above.Zeiliangrong and konyak are disperse in many places.(just for educational purpose only).

Konyak sub tribes are as fellow- 'Thangsang' or 'Tangsa' in Myanmar and Arunachal Pradesh under Tangsa there are many sub tribes, 'Nocte' in Arunachal Pradesh, Wancho' in Arunachal Pradesh. And there are many Konyak villages in both Myanmar and Assam. All those tribes are from one family same bloodline. They are ethnically, culturally, and linguistically very close to each other.
But why tangsa claim they are not nagas... Why?

In Myanmar Shans are threatening to kill any tangsa who call themselves naga, so maybe those people love outsiders who threaten their own family lol but 90 percent proudly proclaim themselves as naga. Example: one supermodel belonging to tangsa tribe in Myanmar proudly call herself Naga.

Yes bro konyak is actually big.Here We speak more than 24 dialects n we find it difficult to speak in Konyak dialects ,so we prefer to speak Nagamese even among our own konyak brothers n sisters.

You are wrong bro... We konyaks have more than 80 dialects according to different village and the fact that we use just one common language even among ourselves
Konyak have vallages more than 100 but I m not konyak I m Malaysia I like population collection according to this video konyak is largest population
Konyak consist of 127 village excluding unregistered village. They hv different 80/90 dialect with different tradition, culture, customary practice. Unity in diversity. My observation as non-local , i stay there for more than 33 years there. Thank you. Rough speaking but soft hearted people.
@@Bila388 konyak are actually part of the tangshang or the northern nagas. Most of the Tangshang groups have hundreds of dialect village wise and group wise. But they all originated form one dialect and are very closely related to one another.
Children of tangnyu wang and shangnyu wang from arunachal, Northern Myanmar to nagaland and North Eastern assam.
I am non-local but my views will be similar to the others also. Upper Konyaks area like Aboi Chen and Tobu are more advanced in educational field and civilized than the lower inhabitants where the first Christainity and education came. They are very hospitable, humble and very adjustable kind of people.

Btw i wanna clear the #Zeliangrong matter. Seems Many people didn't understand the concept of Zeliangrong,
The history of the ZLR people is very clear cut, the ZLR people are blood brothers originated from #Makuiluangdi village Manipur Senapati dist. The people grew in population so they went separate ways for settlement.
#Rongmei went shouth till Mizoram border so they are called "Rong" South "Mei" people.
#Liangmai went North so they r called "Liang" north "Mai" people.
#Zeme are known as highlanders because they went far ahead to Peren and surroundings.
#Puimei is a sub tribe of the Rongmeis. The clans names are same just the pronunciation is slightly different. Two people with the same surname is closer in blood relation than the two person of the same tribe with different surname.
The so called "Zeliangs" in Nagaland are recognize as Zeme and Liangmai separately in Manipur Assam and Rongmeis are not even recognize in Nagaland inspite of their indigenous history in Nagaland.
The ZLR people are scattered across Manipur Nagaland and Assam and reaches 5 lakhs #population approximately. This is the level of division in the #Zeliangrong tribe unlike other Nagas tribes with different dialects are considered as one tribe.
The #Rongmei tribe lives in the heart of #Imphal city co existing with the #Meiteis, since they had a good relationship with the Meitei #Kings in the past, no other tribes has the permanent village administration in the Imphal city.
The ZLR people revolted against the British led by #Haipou Jadonang and #Rani Gaidinliu, thus it shows the nationalism and patroitism of the ZLR people so the British apply the divide and rule policy. Therefore until today we can't really come together as one single tribe under one solid administrative unit.

The decadal census of 1991-2001 was a faulty census which saw Nagaland with highest decadal growth rate.Similarly, the decadal census of 2001-2011 saw Nagaland with lowest decadal growth rate of the country( negative 58).Still and yet , we don't know which tribe has the highest population.
