HEALTHIEST CARROT CAKE I can't stop eating | no sugar, no flour, no oil

  • Indulge in a guilt-free treat with my Healthy High Protein Carrot Cake! 🥕🍰
    All you need is:
    💮 1 egg
    💮 1 blended apple
    💮 1 carrot
    💮 1/2 cup of blended oats
    💮 1/2 cup of almond flour
    💮 100 ml of any preferable milk (I used almond)
    💮 40 g nuts and raisins
    💮 a pinch of baking powder
    💮 1/2 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice
    Mix all the ingredients and bake in a preheated oven 350F/180C for about 35 min. Let it cool in the oven.
    For the frosting:
    Mix blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey. You could add some coconut oil as well for more stable consistency. Enjoy 😉
