    Equipment needed: hand weights, ball, and stretch band
    Before Tom joins in to our Live on Zoom class, participants may ask what equipment they will need. Those of us that have exercised with Tom before simply smile and say "all of it". After warming-up, Tom grabs the ball to use to stretch your hand, improve your grip and finger strength, extend your range of motion, and as resistance for inner thigh squeezes, and isometric shoulder/arm presses. Then pick up your stretch band for a series of upper and lower body resistance. Done? Nope, now pick up your hand weights for some upper body strength work. Finally a short stretching cool-down.
    Remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities. And be sure to stay hydrated.
