Her 'white hair' is absolutely lovely! When I grew out my color, I was shocked that it was white. LOL I got used to it and actually enjoy not having to do so much to upkeep as mine grows way too fast, just a little purple shampoo to keep the brass out from washing with well water. But she looks amazing with her new look! She would have looked beautiful styled like that with her white hair too though.
I agree... Yours is beautiful, too. Mine is coal black, so instead of bleaching, I use wigs or weave🤫. Waiting on white.... my beard has white hairs, just not on my head yet😢.
I have dark brown hair that is going gray and had green undertones from perming and or dyeing. The pro tip you just mentioned about adding the red to the color has changed my life. The color last longer and I donot have the green or yellow undertones any more. Thank You
She had extremely beautiful snow white hair before. Look at 3:12. So white. Nice and thick too. If she does ever decide to grow it back out, it won't take away from her at all. That's what I consider the best outcome when you start getting older.
My hair is colored very similar to your clients, but I am Caucasian. I would love to try something like this, but I would be fearful of having to go to the hairdresser each month to get rid of white roots.

My mama had white/silver-ish hair and she embraced it. Now my hair is turning white and I will embrace it as well. If and when it becomes unmanageable, I hope to find a stylist who will manage it for me but I will probably go silver white. There is something about white hair that, to me, is so glamorous and it is healthier than coloring it every 6 weeks or so.

Would you consider applying 20 volume to make the hair less resistant and more receptive to the color... then the color application would not have to be adjusted.
I enjoy watching hair care videos -- Doesn't matter the age, or race or style of hair --- I think that it's a wonderful thing when a lady takes the time to have her hair styled and colored. Same with getting nails done. Women too often have so much to do -- jobs and caring for their family, that they don't always have the time they deserve and need, for some self-care and pampering. This lady looks stunning with the cut, color and style. It's sassy yet elegant. I could imagine her going to church or out for dinner and dancing --- That style would rock anywhere she wanted to go.
What a transformation! I don’t understand when there are products that can give you such rich colour and depth, why one would want to go white or gray! OMG woman! You are magical. You are worth every penny! That takes a lot of knowledge to do that. I was a hairstylist for 20 years. You are exactly right about hair turning green, blue etc... people don't realize that a little bit of warmth is more beautiful than drab colors. People who color their own hair don't have a clue what they are doing. I had one client, for awhile, she colored her own hair and behind her ears especially her hair was green, both sides. Yet she was so proud of herself bc she saved money by doing it herself. I told her what I saw. She was mad. I never saw her again. Fine with me. People are so naive and blind. Have you ever thought of teaching hair color to students? You are well qualified!
With research, many people can learn to color their own hair. I've done it a long time. From blonde to brown and vise versa. But it's so much easier to have a professional do it.

Beautiful outcome and they were happy I suggested it. I was the type of stylist whatever looked good for my clients, I suggested it. Yes, money was in coloring hair yet I also suggested what would look good on them.

Back in the day in hairdressing school we learned to put pigment back into bleached or white hair we used a red permanent colour without the peroxide / developer . The raw colour grabbed the white light dry hair and then we dyed over that with whatever colour we were dyeing. How dark the finished colour wanted deemed how dark a red we used to pigment the hair.
I loved this. Her hair color was really beautiful and the cut was so pretty. It really suited her. I think it made her look a younger. This is coming from someone who is a senior. I loved it so much. 👍🏼😊

I’m so jealous for her very full head of hair!!! I used to have a lot of hair- I had to schedule extra time when they would cut my hair. These days and because of Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, I only have about 1/3 of that hair now. My bangs are so thin…and that’s the spot where it’s the worst. I just love her hair!!! It has so much style and you can do so much with it! Yes, I am so envious! Lastly, what a beautiful color!
I'm pretty gray myself and started graying early. After that first color, it was great until it of course kept growing out and then trying to match the color back and the recoloring of my already colored hair to not see the re-dye line. It was too too much. Back to gray!!

I loved to explain to my clients what I was doing, how to take care of their hair between appts, and which products to use. As a college grad, I NEVER used my degree, between being a General Motors Supervisor, and a stylist, hair won as my passion, and my career…I absolutely loved being a stylist! However, the years of standing did a job on my back. Keep on teaching, and setting the bar high in the field of hair! ❤❤❤

I'm pretty gray myself and started graying early. After that first color, it was great until it of course kept growing out and then trying to match the color back and the recoloring of my already colored hair to not see the re-dye line. It was too too much. Back to gray!!
The next week I couldn't believe the little white roots showing at my hairline !That's how I decided to let it go white..

I was a stylist back in the mid 80’s-early 2000’s and was trained exactly in the manner that you teach! I loved to explain to my clients what I was doing, how to take care of their hair between appts, and which products to use. As a college grad, I NEVER used my degree, between being a General Motors Supervisor, and a stylist, hair won as my passion, and my career…I absolutely loved being a stylist! However, the years of standing did a job on my back.

@@janadogan302 Who me? My hair? 😆 Thank you but that is the Creator’s work! After going through chemo in 2017, my hair grew back this color. I love it! But there have been some times where I wanted it to be platinum white. I’m just gonna rock my beautiful silver until it gets whiter naturally and hopefully it will still have a nice healthy shine🥰🤗
