He was so lucky enough to have Keanu as his bet friend and a brother. He thought that using prohibited substances would help him cope up with his inner problems ! Had he confided to Keanu his personal problems as He is the Man for all Times, I am sure he is still alive until now !
You're going on as if keanu is some saviour. Keanu was also heavily into drugs in the early 90s so I don't think he'd be the person to help River with his drug habit. They way people go on about keanu as if he's some perfect god is ridiculous 🙄
