Relocating a defined right of way

In this video we have a look at the relocation of a defined right of way as a result of changed conditions. Please note the following:
1. The judgment that laid down these principles are Linvestment CC v Hammersley [2008] ZASCA 1 (28 January 2008), [2008] 2 All SA 493 (SCA), 2008 (3) SA 283 (SCA);
2. The example draws on the argument that I made in Muller G “Using a diagram as a teaching and learning tool for assessing the law of servitudes” (2019) 30 Stellenbosch Law Review 415-533;
