U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg met with Mayor Karen Bass and Metro officials to see the results of federal funds going to improve local transit. LA's Metro used funds from the Biden-Harris Infrastructure Bill to increase the reliability of transit services and ensure cleaner air in the process.
