I’ve reviewed this bike several times as I’ve owned one for over seven months now I can tell you that the tires that are on the bike in the video are not the tires that come with the bike those look like aftermarket tires. They look a lot thicker too. The ones that come with the bike are thin and not high-quality nor is the tube inside the tire Already had two flats and after seven months I’ve just straight riding on nothing but asphalt. The tires are already wearing thin. I will say I am using it as a commuting bike five days a week as far as the specs go not that accurate either you probably won’t even get 22 miles with pedal assist on the lowest setting, the bike only goes 20 mph if you unlock it generally it’s top speed on the third setting is 15 miles an hour. Also your weight and anything that you’re carrying in a backpack as well as if you’re going uphill anywhere will affect how long your battery will last. Going up hills with pedal assist is great. If you try full throttle uphills, you won’t go very fast at all the seat is super uncomfortable. I had to switch it out and get a full suspension seat and a wide seat and put a gel cover over that gel seat just for comfort Again the bike is super heavy and it’s not aluminum construction some parts of the bike like the rims might be, but the bike is steel because it’s a foldable bike, and it Hass to remain a strong alloy aluminum would not handle the in and out of folding up the bike as far as convenience of folding once you get the hang of doing it, it’s a little easier but because it’s such a heavy bike, it is very hard to fold it and it’s not like you can fold it then pick it up and run with it. The battery alone is Really heavy and a replacement battery is ridiculously expensive. $250 .I bought this bike off of Amazon for $379 then with taxes and shipping it was a total of $500 but I had $100 Amazon gift card I was able to apply so the price tag didn’t hurt that much so it may be one of the cheaper bikes on Amazon, but at the end of the day when you’ve got everything adding up like that because of shipping weight it kills you. I did have an issue with the control panel mounted on the handlebars. It breaks very easily on the clamp section. It might’ve been my fault. I put the bike in the back of my truck and either it bounced around or something happened and Needless to say when the clamp on the control panel broke, it opened up the backside of the control panel about the size of a nickel and then water got in there. During a rainstorm I was riding in and shorter it out. It took five weeks to get a replacement for free from the company because it was coming from China, I also had an issue with the front rim which came warped and the packaging but they replaced that as well but that also took five weeks had a separate time but they made good on it. I can say they’ll give you a year warranty on parts if they break you just have to send a video or a picture showing what’s wrong. It comes with a little tool pouch with Allen wrenches, etc. to assemble mostly assembled bike which is fine that just makes it easier to ship more compact but also you will need to tune up that bike constantly and tighten the screws because with Daily riding, I noticed parts get loose and I also noticed that not all the screws and bolts are aluminum or stainless steel so the gears and the bike chain are also rusted along with numerous screws here and there, so be prepared for that. Also the bracket for the front headlight is rusted as well now I’ve only driven in the rain twice and I keep the bike garage but it’s hard to avoid so I would switch out whatever nuts and bolts you can for stainless steel or at least spray down WD-40 regularly to inhibit the rust. Now that front headlight is very strong, but it drains the battery quickly soI don’t use it. I just bought a USB charging LED headband with the blinking red light on the back and plenty of light on the front so I don’t have to sacrifice any power from the battery.
This is my first e-bike so that’s why I didn’t spend a lot of money you get what you pay for. It’s done its job, but there are way better bikes out there with better mileage longer lasting battery that go faster if you want to drive this bike casually, and not very long distances , this is the bike you could go with. They say this is a mountain bike. It looks like a mountain bike, but does not handle like a mountain bike. I wouldn’t want to actually be doing real mountain biking with this type of bike. It would never hold up from all the impact. The reason I got it Was for the price and it folded up which enabled me to bring it on the train which is part of my commute which is 30 miles one-way and 30 miles back in total so this gets me to where I need to go to work then to the train station, take the train and then from the train station home Vice versa. It does what it needs to in that department I will upgrade to a different type of electric bike. The ones that can go allegedly 200 miles on full throttle with a 52 V battery system and stronger engine that look more like dirt, bikes, or really powerful mopeds, just because I got a taste for being on a bike again and I’d like to see if I could make the actual commute of 60 miles a day on one of those better bikes it’ll cost me about $2000 but I think it would be worth it, so this is a good starter bike for those who maybe don’t wanna go too fast are going to ride casually and have never Gone on any other type of bike the price is low the parts not that good but I think if you studied up on EBike which I’m doing you’re probably could replace the motor and try and get a bigger battery and I lost 20 pounds over the summer riding this bike with pedal assist so I know that will greatly help the mileage and range. If you keep the bike dry, you’ll be fine I do suggest switching out the seats and getting rearview mirrors which is a GameChanger on any bike I got hit from behind by a car on this bike amazingly, the only thing that happened to the bike was the rear tire popped but it sent me flying off the bike and I got a broken rib. Had I seen that guy speeding up behind me if I had those rearview mirrors at the time I would’ve avoided a lot of trouble, so no matter what bike you have get rear views, also, I bought the white color bike to be seen better at night as well as the plastic reflectors that you can put on each individual spoke. They look like neon straws, but they make a difference. And be prepared for wrist/hand fatigue when using the throttle. Leather gloves for biking will help

These model frames are very good due to having a dual shock system which is a must when riding fast at 20mph plus. The higher end costing e bikes are mostly a single shock which degrade the use of spending 1000$ to 3000$ plus. Vivi smart for being one of the first vendors to adapt dual shocks for use of the 600 to 700$ range. Frames also can be easily modified of battery upgrade, controller system, ect. I bought these e bikes to equip them with another motor of 2000watt to use as Turbo Booster up to 42.mph in the front wheel. Being dual shocks the riding is awesome with less stopping on bumpy terrain. Folding is great when bike gets a flat to store in car to take home. Best economical buy along with quality as more for the buck..

I have one of these that is 3 years old. It's a piece of junk that Vivi doesn't stand behind. The battery has to be replaced every year. It's heavy and weak construction. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
