Fun fact: bank transfers were one of the things that made the Medici family wealthy. Because they had many family members in many parts of Europe, and because those family members were trained to recognize the handwriting of other family members, they were able to issue notes of credit which allowed money to be withdrawn and a debited at a distance. 17:10 Looking at the decision in the game files, the decision itself doesn't remove the country flag. There are only two events that can remove that flag: the one for the Monarch winning the crisis and the one where the Sejm wins the crisis; no silent background cleanup events to be found. So the decision should be safe. Because as far as I know from EU4 modding, there's no flag cleanup system outside of doing it in a decision or a background event.

No, I vassalized Rige during the war. If Riga is not conquered quickly, it will receive a national core for all of Prussia.

what the heck i have almost 6k hours in eu4 but i never knew that a large spy network reduces ae :o
−30% Aggressive expansion impact (in that nation) if we have with it 100% SP. So its very situational. But can be helpfull with biger country if we have spyideas.
