I changed my diet into (carnivore ) consuming more meat about 2 months to help me recover quicker and get strong. It is an experiment on my body to test it ability to adapt.

@@atcjmas it was around 20 oz each-steak, It is 1.5 inch thick, I cook them with a lot of butter 🧈 and I have them with a lot of fries !!! 🥩🎉 Delicious !!!!
