Do away with the default Woocommerce emails and add a touch of personalisation with this awesome FREE WordPress plugin. If you're looking to create totally unique email layouts for any and all the default WooCommerce emails, you can do that.

Excellent tutorial on a great plug-in. Question about using as a template. If a new formatted email is designed using Kadence for "New Order" and you want to use the same format for "Cancelled Order" or any other order email, how would you go about doing that. i.e. Do you have to go through the steps for all order emails or can you save as a template.

Thanks for the video. At the "email type" section, not all the emails do appear. The reminder email for example, does not show it in the list. Any idea's?

Keep up the great screen size Paul. I'm seeing a lot of others lately who been doing vids and there's no visibility on mobiles to see whats going on within, they just don't seen to care for mobile users that we cant see whats going on in the screen. Yours are great size. Oh BTW, again another great video.

Without digging around in the plug-in's code I couldn't say for sure. Theoretically it should be possible as they may well be different files as opposed to simply CSS tweaks.
Thank you for this! So is there any need to have an additional email service if you're using WooCommerce (like Mail Chimp, AWeber, Drop, etc)? Can we capture leads on our site and send one-off emails through WooCommerce?
It wouldn't be my preferred method of you are looking at email marketing or promotion.
I'd still use a tool like MailerLite, MailChimp, etc.

Hi. The Send Preview Email isn't working. I tried sending to my 3 email addresses and non of them received a preview.
This seems like a great plugin, but i cannot edit emails. When i press the "Email customizer" it opens up for a second, but then switches to my theme settings, and i cannot find my way back to the email costumizer.. How can i fix this?

I can't say I've come across any free plugins to edit the invoices. Do you mean to add in or remove certain fields or just the actual layout of them?

hi there, i've got a very urgent question, i don't know how to find in Google. the words in the table "product, quantity and price" are all in English, while subtotal, payment method, total, etc. are in German, I don't know understand how this happened?... Yes showing shipping address is better but not sure if it can be done with this plugin???
Seems shipping address will be shown too for a real order according to online research info...

Hi, I'm running an equipment rental business on woocommerce, is there any way to include a return date on the email template?
If the variable is available to to you you could probably edit the template files to include additional fields, but I haven't tested the viability of that personally.

How to customize the cart abandonment email?
I've edited the email body text and the preview email is working. But the email that customers received doesn't like what I've written in the email body text.
I'm on the latest version of the plug-in (as of 11/08/2019) and the "Body Text" of "Customer Completed Orders" doesn't work. You can edit the text in the box and save it, but the preview never changes to agree with what you've written for that section. All of my other sections work though.
Ok. I quickly figured out what was wrong. Make sure under Woocommerce > Settings > Emails (tab) > and whichever template you have copied into your theme is removed. This should be done by default, but if you had ever tried to customize the email through this way, it will override the plug-in's changes preventing you from changing the templates. If you remove the template from the theme, it fixes this.
@@anonypersona3189 I still can't figure it out 8 hours later. Email test works fine in Kadence editor, but the email received through woo-commerce after an order doesn't include the header, order number or template design. Just the billing address. and footer. So frustrating.

Since I use this plugin WC e-mails show up as spam...
I'd recommend some A/B testing to see if the change to your emails using the plugin are the root cause or something else. Revert back to the original design and test with the original emails and see if that fixes the spam issue.
Please let me know the results and if you find it's the plugin at fault, I'll reach out to the developer and see if they can shed some light on why this is happening.
Are Google Fonts not recommended for Wordpress?
You can use Google Fonts on your WordPress website, this was more about the limitation of the emails being sent out from Woocommmerce. :)

That's all handled by WooCommerce. This plugin simply changes the styling of those emails.
If you want to manage what emails go out go into your Dashboard > WooCommerce > settings > emails and configure things there.

Not directly through the plugin I'm afraid. While there are some additional variables you can add in, I don't see it having options to add new data fields into the layouts.

You're customising the default WooCommerce emails that are automatically sent to a client upon order, shipping, etc. So there's nothing to do to send it to a customer, it's pretty much automated.

very bad plugin! You cannot change heading, subtitle and 1st paragraph. Whenever you will make changes in test mail it will work, but after processing real transaction it's going back to defaults
