It feels like you underestimate randulins zwag. It reduces way more than other items do. Had fights where it reduced over 10k damage in one fight, since it has two passives really strong passives and a good stat line.
I strongly agree, would get instead of undying
from a damage reduction surely, if you want to do the most damage while being tanky his build would be the best if he did swap deadsman for abyssal mask.
cause every other item gets enanched by the magic pen.
and void staff or shadowflame for boots too.

I played Rammus vs Quinn once top lane, but for me it didn't go as well. Enemy quinn just super agro on me every time thorns was off and never atk me if it was on. I couldn't even lane really.
