  • Here is the step-by-step instruction:
    Tools and Materials:
Angle grinder with a diamond blade
    Hammer and chisel
    Safety glasses and mask
Painter's tape or pencil for marking
    Preparation:
Marking the chase: Use painter's tape or a pencil to mark the path of the future chase on the wall. Ensure the marking is straight and clear.
Protection: Put on safety glasses and a mask to protect your eyes and respiratory system from dust and concrete debris.
    Chasing Process:
First pass: Turn on the angle grinder and start cutting along the marked line. Move slowly and carefully to avoid overheating the blade. Make a shallow cut about 0.5 cm deep. This will be your guide line.
Expanding the chase: After the first cut, start moving the blade side to side, widening and deepening the cut. Move slowly and smoothly, controlling the depth and width of the chase. Work along the entire length of the marking, gradually increasing the depth to 1-1.5 cm.
Further deepening: Continue moving the blade side to side, making the chase deeper and wider. Ensure not to overload the blade and avoid applying too much pressure on the angle grinder.
Removing material: Once the chase is wide and deep enough, use a hammer and chisel to remove the remaining concrete between the cuts. Start at one end and work along the entire length of the chase.
    Finishing:
Cleaning: Once the chase is ready, clean it from dust and small concrete debris using a brush or vacuum cleaner.
Checking: Ensure the chase is deep and wide enough for the wiring.
    Tips:
Safety: Always use safety glasses and a mask. Dust and concrete debris can be hazardous to your health.
Tool stability: Ensure the angle grinder is securely held and does not slip during operation.
Periodic breaks: Take breaks to prevent the tool from overheating and avoid getting tired too quickly.
Using a single disc and the "back-and-forth" method, you can create the necessary chase for wiring in a panel wall.
