    In 1992 the Memorex VIS was good for what it provided. It just never took off as had many of Tandy's products. Being sold only at Radio Shack limited exposure to the public. My son John, enjoyed it until I bought a PC for his brother and him.

    The Famicom was released in Japan, but never once was the NES/SNES released in the same country. The two consoles are pretty much the same except they are released in different countries and their console designs are different.
