Breaking Bad follows protagonist Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife (Anna Gunn) and teenage son (RJ Mitte) who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to secure his family's financial security, White chooses to enter a dangerous world of drugs and crime and ascends to power in the world. The series explores how a fatal diagnosis such as White's releases a typical man from the daily concerns and constraints of normal society and follows his transformation from mild family man to a kingpin of the drug trade.
Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."

what hearing skyler sing happy birthday does to a mf
Toh pfp
l😂😂😂
Lmaooooo
He was hit by it directly so he got the worst of it
i hate that people ignore/miss the part where skyler turns her sympathy off and coldly goes "good" when he says, clearly terrified of her, that he won't breathe a word of this. i always liked that moment. skylerberg lol
Well he did meet two gentleman who are friends of saul’s, and they were gonna babysit him until the check cleared. I’m sure those two dudes stuck out in his mind of showing up in his hospital room if he thought about uttering a word. Plus he can’t move now so all the more to keep his mouth shut. Skyler knew the ball was finally in her court.
@@gameroftheyear1000I mean what was he gonna say to the police? "My ex gave me money to pay off my taxes and when I didn't bill burr and some fat guy came to my house telling me i should and so i did and then fell over and hit my head"
@@RabbidTheNabbit would be if he would want to cut a deal to save himself, especially knowing that Skyler was the one who gave him the money. All the police would have to do is go down to the car wash and probably catch Skyler in the middle of shady business of charging no one for services, with even with the gambling story, the police I’m sure would still love to look into the money itself. $650,000 is still a questionable chunk of change. So in a sense, yeah the gig could of easily been up. If the dude could move, I’m sure he would of snitched.
I know I absolutely love that moment as well. Excellent writing and brilliant acting.
This is the moment Ted became Hector Salamanca
💯💯💯. Best comment

“Look at me, Ted. Look at me.”
Oh my God 🤣
This joke was outplayed a decade ago.
Seeing Ted hooked up to that machine was…haunting
He deserved it though

...oddly satisfying
It's kinda funny
Anna Gunn gave an amazing performance as Skyler even if the character isn’t the most appreciated
Really, they should have seen it coming. If you write the show such that viewers will be sympathetic to Walt's actions, and here's his wife being unsympathetic to Walt's actions, how are viewers going to respond? They're going to dislike the wife. Now, that doesn't excuse the 180-proof misogyny that accompanied it a lot of the time, but even so, Gilligan should have known that he was prompting viewers to take a dim view of Skyler.
He avoided that problem in "Better Call Saul", in that Kim doesn't always approve of Jimmy's choices, but she almost always backs him anyway. Doesn't hurt that Kim has a much better storyline in BCS than Skyler does in BB, that allows us to quickly respect Kim for her professional doings.
Character was arguably worse than Walt. She did a good job tho, I still hate her till this day
Even after Walt died, I bet he still kept his mouth shut out of fear of Skyler
So this is the end result if you don't keep huell at least "reasonably" happy. "Acts of God happen" and they can't be responsible for acts of God. Lesson learned
Not only did he not keep huell happy, he didn't even keep him reasonably happy.
@Wokewhacker thank you for pointing that out, I'm gonna correct it
@@kitkatkruncher22 beautiful XD
It actually is less painful scene then Skylar singing "Happy Birthday".
Serves him right. Having an affair with a married employee, evading taxes and gaslighting Skyler.
This guy is pathetic till the end.
Wonder how he’s doing after El Camino?

“Hey Ted”
“Ted’s dead… you can call me The Thinker”
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I need to see that now!! 🤣🤣🤣
This is the one scene in BrBa where I legitimately couldn’t tell whether they wanted me to laugh or not. I mean, I’m sorry, I *guess* it’s serious, but this is also because he tripped on the carpet and an orange fell on his head. One of Heisenberg’s many casualties.
💯💯💯
nah there's alot of Heisenberg casualties in the show but this one is not, Ted bring this to himself by insistently evading the tax
I don't count it as a casualty of Heisenberg. ted could have used the money in a right way or just refuse it to take but he intentionally did something for which sooner or later he's gonna caught
I didn’t think the orange had anything to do with it.
@@chasedaniels7273nah bro being satirical ab the orange 🍊😂 however oranges are known film motifs to depict death or harm usually🙏🏼
Ted and Walt Jr can be on a spin off named Walking Bad
underrated
Ted is the reason why I always pay back what I owe to the IRS
If it wasn't for Walt's terrible Pride-and-Ego™ Ted's rug would've never created a consciousness and become self aware, hence trying to trip Ted.
Perfectly shows what an eeeevil manipulator and Devil Walt is. Truly one of the most evil things Walter did.
Not only did Walt manipulate Ted's rug to become self aware, he also manipulated people into thinking he was the good-guy™ at the beginning of the show.
Actually he's even such a good manipulator that I even got hemorrhoids - not my fault but Walt's Ego's fault.
😂😂😂😂

Jk

Do you think a man just happen to fall like that?! No, he orchestrated it! Waltuh!
True chicanery
Ted looks like he's on the set of a horror movie
This is the moment when Ted joins the Breaking Bad bald cast
*this is the exact moment skyler became heisenberg.*
I think there’s one episode where it’s script refers Skylar as “Mrs. Heisenberg”
This is the moment Ted became Darth Vader
Vince Gilligan did a great job creating a completely unsympathetic grifter in Ted that we don't feel bad at all seeing in a hospital bed with tubes up his nose.
he kinda deserved it. he shouldve listened
Harsh
@@louieknight1612 no actually. some actions have big consequences.
@@tricky8770he's right... And so are you... Life is harsh.
The first time I saw this scene, I felt my stomach turn. Seeing Ted in that state was just… unnerving.
I don’t really feel sorry for him. He should be grateful he didn’t mess with season 5 Walter.
He actually did trip and fall
Should've kept huell happy
They really messed Ted up, He wasn't kidding when he said he was the danger
This the moment Ted became the sopranos season 6 episode 6 live free or die, bravo vince.
Deadpool is now canon in Breaking Bad universe. Bravo Vince!

A note: This episode name was "Live Free or Die", and not Felina as stated in the caption.
Funny in that the description shows Felina, not Live Free or Die.
At least he lived, horribly but he lived
1:00 Yes my Skyler. Where is Padme? Is she safe? Is she all right?
He didn't keep Huell reasonably happy
Kinda scary that we don’t know if he dies after all of this. He could’ve died of natural causes while still in that sorry state.
It should Live Free Or Die in the description. Not Felina.
I'll be honest even tho he was a dick i kinda felt bad for him here, bro really thought skyler was gonna come after his family lol, also i like how he says he tripped and fell like there was more to it when that's exactly what happened lmao
The fact that he thinks that is a mental prison of his own design. His whole character is “cannot take accountability for his actions”. First he commits a crime. Then he refuses to accept that he had to pay for his crimes even when handed a massive get out of jail free card. Then he cripples himself trying to avoid paying those taxes (completely free of cost) and convinces himself again that it isn’t his fault and Skyler did this to him somehow. He had so many opportunities not to end up like this and every step of the way it was his fault. Yet he still wants to put the blame on someone else.

Most people don't know this, but it was actually Skyler singing happy birthday to Ted that did this to him. Why else would she be apologizing so profusely to him if it was from him simply tripping on a carpet?
Look on the bright side of this, Ted. You physically won’t be able to bone that *thing* anymore. Woof.
everyone saying that it was walt's falt. but no one is mentioned that walter was just a puppet of his DEA brother in law hank . he threatened him to cook .
Its low key satisfying to see him like that, after whole tax evasion and the affair
