I have my blank gun for over a hear now and carry it with pepper rounds for self defence. The police has no stoped me yet. I am just worried as I see post that police have stopped people and arrested them for carrying blank guns. I am just concerned that they might lock me up as well. What are ur thoughts regarding to this pls advise?
@@shaundennison5391 ok what I was advised to do from the shop I bought my blank gun and the bullets from,was to always carry the paperwork from the shop where u bought the gun and the bullets as proof of purchase. The shop emailed me all that paperwork and told me to print it and carry it with me at all times with my ID
Oh and ALWAYS KEEP YOUR GUN CONCEALED IN PUBLIC......THATS THE MAIN THING. Only pull out the gun when you really in danger and you have no other choice. Treat your blank gun like a real firearm. I have 4 blank guns for a while now. 3hand guns and a Uzi which i can't walk around with,that 1 I keep for home defense lol

If all the blank guns and blanks are illegal,why do so many security companies use it and working with the SAPS, there are too many shops to raid which sells it so looks more like a shooters club problem
I will advise people who is enthusiastic about guns Please go for your fire arm training by an accredited training academy, get your competency certificate asap. Get yourself educated regarding the Fire Arms Control Act and the Dangerous Weapons Act Selling these guns to the public will bring them into very deep trouble, and selling it as self defence weapons to people thinking its a working solution is not a good thing to do. They will get arrested and no amount of “It’s not a real gun” will get them out of trouble. I understand its their choice to buy it and its their responsibility and you are just doing it to get an income and feed your family, but these are innocent people who think life is like the movies……..its not. Guys if you buy a blank gun know why you buying it for, remember a blank gun is but a noise maker that sounds and feels real. If you want to buy and train with the blank gun go to a farm or far from anyones sight and test your skills or get used to it if you want. Blank guns are more for training purposes, movie film props, lectures on safe handling of a fire arm etc, absolutely not for self defence. So if the police catch you with a blank gun make sure of the below. That you carried it in your bag (that mean less motivation to use it or get to it quick or temporary storage) Make sure you have the slip of the place you bought it from and that you are still in contact with them to provide evidence that its yours. Make sure you have a completed Fire arms training certificate and competency certificate from an accredited institution Make sure you have evidence on where you last used it (shooting range or film set and that you have someone to support what you say) Make sure you have no blank cartridges with you. Make sure you have a convincing reason why you have it in your bag (This will be the most difficult part due to police thats not easily convinced)
This vidio is dull and misleading for marketing purpose how can this blank gun classified ligal if its use purpose(pointing at criminals and firing ) deamed under real firearm laws. Very misleading information who purchase black gun for decoration.
You fail to mention that, if you do not already have the relevant license, you are illegally in possession of ammunition as per the FCA. "Chapter 1, Definitions Point iii: "Ammunition" means a primer or complete cartridge." You are making people criminals without them knowing, and when SHTF you're not going to defend them in court. Also, if you do not have the relevant permits, you are selling ammunition illegally.
Let’s give you a realistic scenario, I am a legal firearm owner which is used as my EDC, my 14 year old daughter is alone at home doing her homework and notices two individuals breaking into the house, now firstly this is South Africa she will in 99% be in real threat of being raped and murdered, I have a compact blank gun at home with 14 rounds in the mag. My daughter has been taught safe handling and drills of a firearm. So hell yes it will stay at home and she can empty out the mag towards them and get to our safe room so that she can call me and our security company,Police telephone line is f&@ng useless firstly. I will deal with the bullshit that comes after that. If it saves my daughter from being brutally raped and murdered, then I will deal with the consequences.

You do get blank rifles, but those still shoot 9mm PAK. For REAL firearms you do get blanks meant to be shot out of them.
