Exactly!!! THIS IS CLARK KENT!
Mohammad Hadi full of passion. One day I will move back to Pakistan as well, and bring my 18 years of tech experience.
Wonderful to see brilliant Pakistanis returning with their ideas and getting us on board the EV revolution! Thank you Muzamil and Mohmmad Hadi for sharing these brilliant ideas and inspiring others. Battery swapping, especially for two- and three-wheelers is the way to go. I hope other companies also get on board and share your battery (and swapping platform). The network effect will really help this industry take off!
Also, spot-on about the Minnesota weather. I remember the weather making me cry and then my tears freezing on my cheeks!
Battery swapping is already being employed by Chinese ev maker Nio. In fact, they are the pioneers and are doing wonderful work.

Ezbike's positive and realistic approach is admirable.
same mentality was there when Uber and Careem launched in PK, like yaha cars ni richshaw chalty, Uber will fail, awr yy k Richshaw wala to matric pass b ni ha wo kesy App use kary ga. but once people saw value in it, they started to use it, awr wohi Richshaw waly uncles b app use kr rahy hoty

Now there are more than 20 ev companies which sells 2 Wheeler scooters in India. Last year 1.2 lakh units sold except from April to June due to covid outbreak and now already 2.5 lakh units sold this year from jan to April.
Also three Wheeler n four wheelers electric vehicles are showing great response. That shows people are eager to buy electric vehicles.
And most importantly it will reduce air pollution particularly in North India. You will see the difference of air pollution in 4 to 5 years. Thanks to govt schemes n initiative towards electric vehicles

, i can see its vast usage and the founder is clear about vision and how to move forward
extremely insightful, helped so much giving a perspective on the world of business in a retrospective manner

first thing, I was thinking he is a foreigner and after listening put in an amaze😀, secondly, if someone is on TBT it means they are real gems of our society.
He said about how old Islamabadis want the city to be quiet like before is so true. I thought it was only me but I realised all those people who were born in Islamabad in 90s,early 2000s feel the same way. They are sad to see the city they grew up loose its beauty(its still beautiful but not like before) , charm, peace, grrenary (it was more green before), clean, no people sleeping on footpaths, sensible, hard working punctual people, empty roads with no traffic jams at any time and no mobile snatching robberies . I pray for my city to be beautiful and charming as always. Amin ❤️
i had that experience once again when corona lock down happend...
It seems like you are talking about Karachi because gaer muqamis have ruined our beautiful city of lights.
@@okbrostartcoping5835 that's a depressing way of looking at it. All big cities around the world face influx of people in search of better opportunities. Some place has to be the hub, some cities have people coming from all over country and all over the world.
Problem lies with government by its failure to scale infrastructure and implement laws. I feel for you Karachites though, must be tough, hope you guys have a better city, Karachi is heart of Pakistan

such a well-spoken person, great podcast
Maa shaa Allah how well spoken and wonderful he is !
Haha! Muzamil's light bulb moment upon realizing how pertinent this podcast is given the upcoming business opportunity for ezbike to boom fast, if done right! Kudos to Hadi and Moin for tapping into the best solution to address the prob of mobility and air pollution at the same time! Would appreciate if they introduce a curved hood on the bike to evade heat n rain for the riders. They should lobby to get bike lanes on roads in big cities at least. If they start selling to schools n colleges, would be great! I own a smart car and would be great to have hybrid smart cars in cities, but having smart buses would be even better for public transportation to replace so many cars in big cities.
It was fun watching Hadi and you talk. Hope EzBike flourishes well in Islamabad and then scales to other cities. All the prayers.
I really love the idea of swapping batteries. Like you don't have to wait to charge them. I was really looking for product like that. Amazing

I see and use similar bikes/scooters in Germany and I must say having these in Pakistan would be great.
This guy is on the right track and very clear what Ezbike can do MASHALLAH, best of luck, but for higher the speed there must be an e-bike riding license because 50-60km/h is not a joke for e-bikes, speed of 30-40km/h is very good and safe, it just takes 15 minutes for 4-5 km distance. I am in China and an user of e-bike for last 3 years and it is a very convenient mode of transportation for me and many others here in China.
this podcast is another level for Pakistan!
*Both of you are Pride of the Nation!*
Hats off!!
Listening to the business journey and all the moving parts of operations and logistics was very interesting and insightful. It was a great episode 👌💯
I must say it was a very insightful and informative podcast. I due to an injury in Mar 2020 got paralyzed and eventually had to re-join duties in CEME NUST. Problem I had was I had to find a three wheeler electric bike, which I eventually did find out through internet for the cost of Rs. 170000 plus cargo of Rs. 2200. Its assembly line is in Lahore I think by the name of EBikes. Only suggestion from my side to greatly inspiring Muhammad Hadi is that he has to look for a solution which is viable in any environment, speaking of which in Islamabad and Rawalpindi its raining every now and then, what if you can launch bikes or trikes that are covered. I have seen few on Alibaba they are beautiful, like mini smart cars. Looking forward to Pakistan version of Elon Musk and a prosperous Pakistan.
This was such an insightful episode to watch and it really motivates the youth. I have been liking the idea of doing more in Pakistan and for Pakistan because of learning about so many individuals who come back here and who are already working over here. Thank you Muzammil bhai for bringing amazing people to this podcast! Also, as a female who is terrified of driving cars, I cant wait to see what a massive channel of these electric scooters can do for females in Pakistan. It will take time to manifest but a future where females can easily access such vehicles and go around their city, that's just incredible and hats off to people who are working to bring this experience to Pakistan.
One of my fav episode on tbt.☝️
Me too, it's a amazing how much you learn from these interviews, very motivating Ma'shaa'Allah...

Such a cool person Mr.Muhammad Hadi and muzammil hasan a great host
Beautiful personality, a great combination of western culture blending in with our south asia 🌏 ❤️ 😊
Just last year I was reading up on this EV company from China called NEO and they initiated this idea of swapping batteries in cars. Little did I know that in the near future I would be able to see it a reality in Pakistan as well. This is incredible!
Incredible. Great movement.
This is the future. Images having a charging shade at home or office u would be running on zero fuel
This man has a very interesting journey.
Loved it and learned a lot... Lovely guy

I would buy an electric scooter if its offered in a price range like discussed and i think a lot of other people will buy as well of they could pay in installments with 0 interest.
Great job..

Keep up!!
In an another vidoe Mr Munj disclosed that only 3000 etrons were imported. On the other hand MG were imported like 12000 units.

Muhammad Hadi is Mashallah extremely professional. Learned allot from this podcast

Great interview but I have some questions like if there is no electricity how battery will be charged. Will there be any solar power energy stations
In the thumbnail he looks a bit like Henry Cavill 😄
He is half British
That's a perfect way to introduce new talent of Pakistan I really like this way. Instead of watching TV shows damn politician discussions watch and listening new ideas and startups, of Pakistan. I think you should invite some new talent for talk on produce of electricity like other countries (waste to electricity, kinetic footfall, and some other ways of produce electricity ) and new expert from industries and new scientist from paksitan.

Cast him as Superman plz
yes pakistani men are so good looking .......
i wish to be your guest, one day, very soon.
Tbh, in my opinion he still has to learn alot in this market. Theft is a big issue which he'll have to deal with and he looked little sceptical about the security layers.
Secondly, why would someone use it if they've their normal petrol bikes. This model will work more swifter as feeder bike service to metro stations, just like already happening in Multan. Thirdly, high maintance is also an issue he'll have to deal with in future.
The title could be more befitting.
Waiting for launch of new EV bike

I am in class 9!
A couple of month before, I participated in Idea pitching contest and I presented the same Rental business plan but I got the rejection; Later on I joined another Idea pitching contest from London entrepreneur and I am still working on it. I have setted my mind with this Idea/goal an I have to achieve it. It will be great to be a competitor of EZ bike🙄, but he is more experienced and lucky to be a early startups!

Really poor audio quality from the guest. Looks like he has no experience talking into a mic. You should use a lav mic on such guys.
lagta hai tere speaker ka masla hai chachu 😂
@@jamalansari1674 NO, he is too close to the mic. Muzammil's voice is clear cause he knows how to use the mic.
The speaker does not and his voice is booming. This is called "proximity" effect. I have checked with headphones. By the way I have a better rode mic than his. I know these things. When the speaker has no experience of talking into such mics, they should use a lav (collar) mic otherwise.
