Sorry, it seems you do not have much idea on the proper setting of idle speed. Please note that you have to adjust the air screw (the screw on the left of the screw you have adjusted) and the screw you have adjusted (idle speed adjusting screw) to get proper and smooth accelaration and adjustment of idle speed !

I have new 15 days old TVS Jupiter BS4 380Km run only. It is giving me very very low mileage around 20 KM/L. Is it normal? Will it increase to 55 KMPL after 1st or 2nd service? It also little vibrate around 50 KMPH speed. Will it also get smooth after 1st or 2nd service?
If the authorities say after first or second service it will be alright means they are fooling around. Because all the engines come out after a ' running in' process at the factory itself. Means your engine is not new. It's already run for a 1000 kms or it's equivalent time idle in the factory. No engine can run on load without Run in process. If it's giving 20km/litre, it's purely due to engine mistake. Because company is trying to camouflage the engine vibration with a high fuel feed. It can be from the engine the vibration is carried through, or check the gearbox. As the blogger said it can be from the CVT too, since it a new vehicle this kind of problems shouldn't arise

Your adjustment is not correct. First set the fuel mixture screw properly. Because you feed more fuel than air. Then adjust idler screw. First fully tight the fuel mixture screw. Then unscrew it one and half turn to two turns anticlockwise. Then set the idle screw to an idling speed of 800 to 1000 rpm.( This you can make out from the sound of engine by experience if you don't have a rpm meter. But do all this excercise after cleaning the carburettore
Can I use API GL-4 SAE 90 gear oil in Transmission of TVS Jupiter or Activa 4G gearless scooters? Will it reduce the performance of scooter pickup and reduce the milage and increase the wear & tear of transmission gears of scooter?
Sidg2 yes sure u can use it....put 120ml (.12L) only .. I would recommend using shell gear oil because it doesn’t kill torque ( name of that oil I didn’t remember but its something like shell sparkle )😅😅
Sidg2 I haven’t try but gl-4 sae90 is grade which we can use soo i cant say anything about bosch specifically but it will work (( and I would like to share .. i was about to make video on gear oil change because it reduces all vibration of scooter even handlebar vibration too )) if u r done with 10000kms change your gear oil which generally people don’t do

It's wiring problem....... Wire is cut somewhere,,, you should visit your nearest trusted garage
