3 in 1 Shower Head. It was very easy to install. Though the directions state only 1 tool was needed, the 518traveler added a vice grip pair of plyers to steady the water down spout when pulling off the original shower head to keep it from turning and possibly leaking inside the wall.

Thanks for the video! I've bought one of these and am considering continuing on with installing it. Do you like the water coming out of both shower heads? That surprised me. I thought it would be one or the other. Oh, I see an earlier comment that says you can do one or the other.

We have water coming out of both.

Is the shower head still supposed to be loose even though its screwed it onto the shower pipe on the wall?

Yes, I just installed this same 3 in 1 showerhead pretty much the same way he did it but mine is swiveling instead of remaining stationary like in the video. This is a straightforward installation so I'm wondering where I might've gone wrong.
