The 15:20 service comes from Edinburgh Waverley to London Euston while the non stopping train at platform 3 is a freight train from Southampton to Halewood

Why didn't she say Winchester or Brockenhurst On The Bournemouth Cross Country Service? Surely she missed a couple of stations out??

In July CrossCountry stopped serving Brockenhurst and there's now only one train a day that stops at Winchester
