2:10 I went through that season as well… almost spiteful but that eventually passed and I just wanted to be my best self knowing it was best for everyone including my currently separated spouse.

In 2016 I paid $500 for the marriage helper course my wife said she didn't want to know about any course I did it myself but became dispondent I gave up after a year and dated somebody else my wife divorced me in 2022
I still think that marriages should be saved as it's the break up and divorce of a family which crushes everything including the children's belief in what marriage should be
This is only true if mostly one spouse is the "problem" spouse and is the one that changes for the better.

What if we have had multiple times where our marriage was in a bad spot and I did change and got things better and now she thinks my changes won’t last. She doesn’t trust that I will change permanently. I didn’t have support like I do now with Marriage Helper. I blamed her in the past and now I know I was a big part of our issues. Will or can she ever start trusting me again. She is so cold to my attempts because of the wall she has built.

How much do the coaches charge? I dont have alof of money, im a senior citizen living on a very small pension
I suffer from depression and anxiety and have been on disability since 2004. I know that has affected my relationship. My husband (we are divorced) had been cheating on me since 2018 and left in 2021 and moved in with her. I know that I was not available or comforting with him. I know he is now happy but we have been together since 1987. I love him, always will. He has told me that he doesn’t love me and that she is a happy person. I’m stuck, in pain, so many feelings. I have asked him if he is ever coming back and he said no. He will not get divorced because he covers my health insurance. I’m dying inside but don’t have the money to participate in marriage helper. I wish I could but I’m living on my disability check. Do you have any suggestions for me? Is it too late to get him back? How would I be able to to trust him?

Sweet heart, let him go. The fact that he left you over that says that you actually dodged a bullet ! He showed his true colors. You deserve better. What goes around comes around. That new girl is going to do him the Same way or worse than he did you. You need to focus and work on you and move forward.

So im just supposed watch my husband walk down hall and sneak into our bedroom, im suppose to have forgiveness for him as he berates me everyday and im supposed just let him have his way and humiliate me by listening to whats going on across the hall from me😡He’s fk her and i hear it all and im suppised to forgive him???
