I'm 48 and started taking paxlovid on day 2 of symptoms and same day I took and tested + for covid. I felt so much better.within a day of starting paxlovid. However, I've finished the 5 day course and just 1 day after finishing my treatment I began feeling poorly again. I don't feel as bad as I did pre-paxlovid but I still have fatigue, weakness, headache, and now a cough. I didn't have a cough before and now I do. I still am testing positive for covid I'm treating the symptoms and I'm grateful I got relief from Paxlovid; I just wish I could have cleared the virus by now

Doc said that the 40 and 50 year olds are at a lower risk. Does that apply to the Covid naive in that age group who have no immunity?
