I just noticed how detailed the crowd animation is, unrelated to the attack but still cool. NL basically scored the bare minimum goals required to beat the run with tip ins from McShaggy being the dominant goal strategy.

Double kazoo is super good because it denies shots on your goalie. Pushing Gedeon Lamoustache forward reduced the strength of the defence later in the run but provided some additional goal scoring potentcy. I would have kept the double kazoo but who cares, we won

I feel like if mini-knight is totally sprung and a teammate is behind him, that running around through the orifice then using the redirect is good goal.

Took metoo long to realise last team's gimmick was the painted zones acring like their golf counterparts. The two sandbanks really slowed down sideways shots that got close to the goals

Seems like the refs can either have the "call back a goal" or they can get a goal that wasn't in but hit the post.
Not sure but I've noticed it a few times now.
I don't know if it changed but a couple days ago NL lost a game to them where they did both and won 2-1 despite NL scoring two more goals than them
@@dutt6222 yes the refs can call a goal if the puck hits the post and they can revert a score back. Unfortunately, they can do both in the same game.

Yes, yes I do. The option to play it on console 😩. I know they're working on it LoL, I just hope it comes soon!
Then again, as painful as the wait would be, maybe it should wait until it has online multiplayer. That way, everyone can rejoice at how we have something other than EA NHL to play, and the game explode (in a good way) which would be awesome to see!
I don't think the game will be online multi player. I don't see how it could be 2 player and still keep the core gameplay intact. It's meant to be a player vs cpu. Not player vs player.
How would you play 2 player? I think 2 player would hurt the game more than help it. Js. Not every game should be 2 player.
@@Bama_Boy No idea why my reply got deleted, but the TL;DR version is that online multiplayer is on their roadmap for "Possible Future", and they've replied in a couple different platforms saying that they'd like to get it in, though down the line after they've finished tweaking stuff for campaign.
As it is right now, you can play VS locally if I'm not mistaken, and you can use the Steam Remote Play feature to play online as it is right now. You can for co-op (up to 4 people playing together in campaign through it), so I would assume VS mode too. I'm almost positive there's VS anyway, since on the dev stream on Twitch, he runs VS games of CPU vs CPU running in the background (by putting the keyboard/controller icon in the center for both teams instead of picking a side) while he's fielding questions.
So, I think it's already in; it just needs to be supported from within the game itself, not just the Steam Play feature. I thought in the dev stream that he mentioned how the teams would probably need some balancing for online multiplayer too, and they've answered the question on a couple different platforms by basically saying "It's in the plans, but further down the line". It's not a 100% guarantee that it'll happen, but it seems like they want to and will try to after campaign is in a place where they're good with it!

For those curious: Yes you can still sweat in the cold, and this can actually be quite dangerous in survival situations, but probably not so much during hockey.
Also NL saying he needs shot accuracy and then immediately passing up shot accuracy is one of the reasons we're here.
If you're talking about after the cultists, keep in mind he only had one bench warmer at that point and it wasn't the character who he was commenting needed accuracy.
If you mean the training after that where he went +3 overall, well, there was a whole Spartans game in the between. How would he ever remember that.

The way he keeps pronouncing Guwaine's name is annoying me. He's entirely ruining the play on words.
Slow mo seems terrible
He keeps using it on defense, it seems like it would make way more sense to use it on offense for a breakaway to find the opening, or one timer
It looks like it would go crazy if you take Angus off of the center and give him accuracy and a shooting perk.
