A local instructor & musician created a program to teach heritage music to kids: 12 Note MAP

Inspired by Wilkes County's rich musical history, a local instructor & musician created a program to teach heritage music to the next generation, thereby preserving it. The only requirement is the desire to learn about the area's common music by playing it, singing it, or dancing to it - & it all starts with just 12 notes.
