I can't believe I am watching a 2.5 hour video without getting tired. I enjoy it so much. Learning about Japanese dishes and the backstage of working as a chef 😮 It must be exhausting but it takes skill. I will always respect chefs and everybody helping them, working in synch.

I lived in Okinawa for almost 7 years. I got to traveled all over Japan and tasted their delicious food. I miss even their convenience store food (a fast food type of food). Japanese food is truly a world treasure. Please travel to Japan. It’s one of the most amazing, cleanest, and and kindest country in the world.

It's a local delicacy in this area.
It does look delicious but the translation was wrong.
My apologies. It seems Akashiyaki is called Tamagoyaki by the locals.
