David Chang Makes Chinese Chicken Noodle Salad

- Dave Chang is back in the kitchen making an on-the-fly version of the type of salad that he likes eating for lunch at home. He used leftover noodle shake from the Chili Crunch “Carbonara” and got inspired to bring together a version of what has become known as Chinese Chicken Salad. He repurposes rotisserie chicken and uses his favorite vessel for salads: iceberg lettuce. Dave also makes two vinaigrette versions, so feel free to follow whichever method depending on what you have available at home. He loves showing how versatile our pantry products are and brought this recipe to life with leftover Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles, Momofuku Rice Vinegar, Momofuku Tamari, and Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil.
As always, there's no plan, no preparation but this is the essence of home cooking. Dave's not trying to hit the bulls-eye, just the target.

Love everything you do. Thank you David. I will say no need to develop a silicone or plastic anything. Wood is a great and better option. Sure it doesn't bend to the shape of the pan but also is natural. Anyways, not to go down that road too much I just think it's important. Silicone or no I'll keep watching your stuff. Thanks!

Don’t order from this company. It has been 10 days since I ordered and my package STILL hasn’t arrived at the post office. Customer service will just send a generic email saying they already sent the package and refuse to help you further. Now customer service isn’t even responding to my emails. Time to dispute the charge and get my money back! I will NEVER order from this company again due to piss poor customer service. Tiffany needs to get fired.
You're at it again? Still pissed off? They're not Amazon, and you don't get 2-day Prime delivery. We've been so spilled as consumers, we expected packages to arrive the next day or two. Have a little patience. What response are you looking for? They already told you they shipped it. That's what tracking numbers are for. Once the post office has possession of it, whatever happens is out of their control. They can't magically make the package get to you any faster. Dispute charges? "Needs to get fired"? For what? By the way, did you buy expedited shipping?
Probably a very good salad but not a very good tutorial and certainly not a humble guy.
