Asphodelus - Monuments of Deception - Guitar Cover

Here's my cover of "Monuments of Deception," the fourth track from Asphodelus's second full length album, 'Sculpting from Time,' released August 25, 2023 through Hammerheart Records. I remember listening to this song when it came out, and I wanted to learn it then. However, I never did until today, which is also the day I taught "¿Dónde está la memoria de los días…" a wonderful poem of remembrance and death by the great Jorge Luis Borges. In the poem, Borges references the Asphodel Meadows. Perhaps this refreshed my memory and urged me to learn it before my ordinary soul departs to chill with Theocritus and the nightingale.
