Explore the Tierra Pacifica Community: Guanacaste Costa Rica Real Estate

Few gated ecological communities in the Guanacaste Costa Rica real estate market compare to Tierra Pacifica, which we explore in #CostaRicaMatt 's latest "Drone Tour du Jour."
I've shown Tierra Pacifica on my channel at various stages; it's a great example of a gated community in Guanacaste, Costa Rica where you've seen a deliberate reforestation and conservation program actually have an enormous positive impact on the local ecosystem. TP was a cattle ranch 30 years ago, with sparse trees and non native grasses covering most if its 220 acres. Today, you can see the original cattle ranch next door, and TP is a green oasis covered in a diverse array of native species trees.
The community was laid out with a plan to completely rope off 80 acres (over 1/3 of its space) from development; all of the lots in TP are over 1.25 acres and they installed underground electrical infrastructure to allow the forest canopy to run continuously without power lines breaking up monkey habitat. The howlers - and birds, and all other forms of life - love the forest in Tierra Pacifica!
