IYou forget to add in that the vortex has the options to swap eyepiece. For the razor hd, there's ta option to buy a fixed wide angle lens and/or reticle based eyepiece in MOA or MRAD.
Where as the Maven does not offer these options, wish they did though.
Razor 65 and Maven 80 mm are not comparable. Because of the bigger objective, you get more light and therefore also more sharpness.
Yep, that’s why I mentioned that in the video. You can definitely expect the larger razor to stack up a lot better against the Maven!

Nice review, but neither of these can even touch "Kowa". No comparison. I just bought a pair of Kowa BD2 XD 10x42 they came broken. Broke my heart. Never but once have I seen anything better and that was swaro's at $3400.00. That my friend Bill has. But I didn't pay but $449.99 for the Kowa off Amazon. Could not believe the clarity, absolutely unbelievable. I'm going to re-order from a different seller maybe B@D, the dealer had to have known they were broken. Because someone screwed down the adjuster on the left eyepiece. And the bino strap piece was also broken. No way they left the factory that way. Both would have easily been spotted. Your rich uncle gets out the poor house you ought to grab a pair. 8x32 and 10x 42 are the same price. I think you will awe struck for the price...!!! I got the 10x42 so bummed they were damaged. Amazed. Peace.
