No Building Permit Yet. Bears Prowling and Fire Mitigation

This week the big excitement was a blonde black bear visit to the cabin. I don't have my building permit yet so I am still focused on fire mitigation and quality of life upgrades. I am also considering letting people camp on my land for income. Today I explored the property for potential are for camp site and while I have not made a decision on that aspect, I am still plugging away on the things I can work on.

Would you consider letting someone build a cabin on your land and work for you around the property? I just wanna be free of the grip the government has on us all and reconnect to living how we should be, close to nature. I love what you got going on so far man 🙏🏼

I already do this with one family member. They have been helping me clean up the property. I haven't considered additional people to be honest since I plan to live up there at some point in the future. In order for me to consider these options I need a legal dwelling and that is why I am building my small house first. Until that is done, I can't get structure insurance and I am limited on habitation options. So any option like that would have to be considered at a later time. I appreciate your sentiment and thanks for taking the time to comment and watch my videos.
