Looks cool. My only gripe is the purple color upfront. If I order this bike, I would need to put some decals over it or something. Nothing against purple, but it just aint for me lol. Is it possible to put some vynl wrap over the purple area?
Been holding my purchase of this bike as their size chart puts me between small and medium. But noting your observation on short top tube, it somehow validated my leaning towards medium. How tall are you and what size are you using? Looking forward to your next vid on tubeless conversion. Thanks bro
I am 5'10" and I am using the large size. Its a perfect fit for me. Its very upright and because of the short reach so I have a lot of flexibility in bar and stem choices.
It has the equipment to be the best hardtail on the market as well as the best value... I prefer a 2×11 Deore drivetrain but the bike is not missing any specs....
I need to know because I am getting a birthday present and it's a bike. This is the best one I know in a 1000 dollar budget. And I really need to know the difference, because I like the 2021 version color better so yeah
yes, they are tubeless ready rims. You just need to add rim tape. I have the 2021 xtrada 7. For $1k, it's tough to beat. Add a dropper and think smart about handlebar and fork upgrade and you have a highly capable hardtail.
Love the Polygon range of bikes.
My only complaint about the Xtrada 7 is the mismatch of boost axle width between front and back.
Glad you enjoyed the Xtrada 7! Hope this is still the case for you. Cheers!
It is! I still have the bike and ride it often 😁
@@tinkerbike2510 glad to hear it! It's a great bike.

I just got the 2021 Xtrada 7. I love the bike. I would say my biggest con is the fork. However, it's a sweet frame and 1x12 gears.
Try rebuilding the fork and adding a little fork oil in the lowers. It was a night and day difference
I bought the xtrada 7 2022 and noticed a notch in the frame under the back axle on the brake side. Is that suppose to be there?
Great video, but whats the difference between the 2022 version and the 2021 version of the xtrada 7?
Thanks! There’s no differences except for the color scheme as far as I can tell
@@tinkerbike2510 Thanks! I far as I know is that the 2022 version has a taperd fork
As far as I*

@@infinityandbeyond5703from what I can tell they’re identical except for the color. The fork is the same model on both.
Xtrada 7 wheel hub use seal bearing or cone bearing?
Sealed
@@tinkerbike2510 what size?
It’s a 12x148 boost hub
Are the tires tubeless ready? Thanks.
Not technically, but I mounted them tubeless with 1 layer of gorilla tape and they work perfectly.
@@tinkerbike2510 love to see a video on that!
@@fandwcollectibles it’s filmed! Just haven’t finished editing yet 👍

Does the hub make sound?
Yes
