The best part about getting dc’d on patch day is the que to get back in. I remember when ZG patch released there was a giant que and I thought “lol sure.....’182 minutes’ is the estimated wait time, but I know how this works...it says 182 and then jumps to 143 and then to 96 and then 17 and then I’ll be done in about 4 minutes” I learned that day that 182 minutes is 182 minutes, I also learned if you try to play retail while waiting in the que for classic......it removes you from the que, where I was hoping it would just remove me from retail once I was through the que for classic.
Leveling in HFP as a warrior is a pain. These hellboars straight up murder you. And then the orcs chain aggro on you. And then you run away and aggro a big land worm thing.
I'm so terrified that since everyone will have to go through 2 loading screens instead of one like vanilla classic that the server lag and disconnects will be twice as bad.
I remember that time years ago. I'm trying to play on the launch day. Have 3 fps standing in front of the portal in Blasted Lands. I was living with my mom after my dad died. She calls me from the living room "They're showing that game you play in the news!" To which I shout back "Probably because it's a fucking travesty, I don't know why I bothered taking a day off from work to play!" Good times...

At this point we already know blizz is going to fuck up the lauch. I honestly can't remember the last time they made something that both people wanted (not retail) and had a good launch (so not diablo 3)
there is going to be layering but basically something like that. However I think there is going to be WAY MORE boosted characters who are not looking to fight
