I realize this is an older post but here’s a hint, I have this and love it, get a 4.9” stainless grill rack (round) from Campingmoon, fits perfectly inside and now you can steam vegetables and what not, with the heat exchanger they’ll be done in no time.
usually when I'm rehydrating a meal I don't need more than 2 cups. Now if I'm pasteurizing water I would probably fill the pot up. Probably should have done a test with the pot full in hindsight. Thanks for the comment and views.

@Augusto I hear ya. I often find myself in that spot. So I take a chance. Sometimes it works out. I'm ok with this pot for the price its worth it to me. I just make sure I have another measuring cup to go with it. Thanks for the comment.
Daaaam guess half full is 3/4 liter ,jetboils are crap , a pot like this and vango low level stove are more stable in storms up mountains , jetboils need a stone scaffhold , to keep them upright. ,

Get it half filled at least , i wouldnt bother unless it was at least half full then some , pans work with dents , surprisingly well

Got this about 2 yrs ago,paired with boulin (3500,3800?) stove,completely windproof together.A great price,good quality,could nt ask for more!😄

i HAVEONE AND IT ALSO BOILS IN JUST OVER A MINUTE, bULIN MAKES A KETTLE THAT ALSO HAS A FIRE RING AND BOILS QUICKLY.

nobody needs graduations on a camp pot. you know how much the pot holds and approx how much a quarter, half, and three quarter full equates to.

The health-issue debate is over uncoated aluminium. Hard anodized is safe.

I like mine , i have a few vango ultra light cook pots , this is decent , theren no cons , i know how much water my meals use
About the only con I can see is that it is aluminum, easy to dent if mishandled. Thanks for the comment and views.
