As a black girl, my mom had used number 2 on me my whole life and it’s quick and easy, and always turns out amazing on 4c hair!

@@Thatgirl_toriyes i just section my hair and and put my hair inside the straighter, when the straighter reaches the end of my hair i go back up, wrapping my hair in spirals and slowly pulling down while the straighter is still locked in spirals, pull it out and my hair always looks like the third or second option, I'm definitely not good at explaining things and i don't use tutorial this is just what i always do in my own time, i was just looking for different ways to curl my hair because i was getting bored of what I've been doing

No matter what I put in my hair, it will not hold curl! I guess I need to get some spray gorilla glue, see how that turns out. (Just teasing) 😂 I'm gonna give no. 2 a go and see if it'll work.
I am the same way. My hair is so straight. I am trying to find the best straightener out there right now. I went through very many different brands and I felt like switching it up. I have Paul Mitchell is the one that was like $150 and of course two chi straight irons. Just wondering if they have anything on the market that is better.

No matter what products I use to hold it, the type of curling iron I use, if I use a straightener, if I get a perm to help it, whether or not it's freshly cleaned, it doesn't matter what I do! My hair never, I mean never holds curls! It does help a little, when I get a perm, to hold whatever curling I try, for just a little while. But it still goes right back. And my perms never last long. When I curl it, from my natural straight hair, for a special occasion, it's flat again within an hour or two! I am so jealous of women who have natural curls! Lol 😂.
