How to make night scene with correctly lit volumetric clouds (one that comes with sun)?

You can edit the sun to act as a moon, lowering the bright and changing the color filter to blueish purpleish, also you can create more than one dome so the light multiplies and you have clouds and stars in the scene with a HDRI.
