@dvstudio22 - Firstly your plan and front elevations are really good. Your colour choices and interior decors are very rich and pleasant. In regards to some comments, your designs usually has less setback/side spaces, this may not work for metros which goes by guidelines. secondly, the totals of specs and area length, doesn't seem to add up. If i need the same plan for a slightly scaled down length of plot, what would it cost me from you and how should i go about it? I need a response at your earliest availability, as i actively looking them for one of my project.

Desine was good but on tarrest barbecue is make under atlest in merror door and constructed area because in rainy seasons it is mostly used. And given table and chair are not used in rainy session so that is not require on tartest . Other wise room planing was beast and need room area atlest 15*15 you can do it 👍
