There was no smirk. Watch it again. He just didn't do anything in this clip to "show off." People just assume and unconsciously think Seungri is always doing that but he isn't. Phone plans in Korea seem to be expensive, here in the UK I get 4gigs of data with free roaming to quite a few countries (mostly in Europe) and unlimited calls and texts to other UK numbers for 12 quid a month. Meanwhile Sang Min is paying 9.9 dollars a day for quite a crappy plan of only 200mb and Seungri is paying 99 dollars for 15 days and 3gigs (don't know the equivalent to sterling but seems expensive). I get that roaming is expensive but I think that maybe buying one of those tourist sims with data on them might be cheaper, idk though how it works in Asia the one time I went to Japan my company provided quite a good not too expensive roaming plan.
