My dance instructor was the same size as John Lindo.So light on his feet.A wonderful man .He taught me every dance you can imagine !!! I loved dancing .Still do at 79 !!!
Been watching a lot of these competitions over the years. John certainly stands out as the best dancer. He not only has moves but every woman he dances with he showcases each one. Just wonderful to watch the magic!
They were AMAZING, don't get me wrong @norissantana4289; this is one of my very favorite videos. But did you notice the seated lady in the blue top? I always get a kick out of her; she's so excited. Looks like she's having as much fun as the dancers! lol
Yes those are all old memories vi used to be a good dancer until I suffered a paralytic stoke and my life has never been the same but I'm still pushing on when I see all the dancers I feel I am there with them thankyou guys for the fantastic videos

Just wanted to thank you for posting the videos of dancers. Many years ago I was a dancer myself, and have danced with some of the best, including John Lindo' who I adore. Since being forced to retire in 2000 due to back and nerve problems, I have missed dancing as though it was a lost limb. But people like you who record and post these shows and contests have helped keep my spirits up and my desire to dance again is renewed each time I watch. Just wanted to say thank you. It. Is a joy to watch. Them over and over. The next time you see John would you please give him a hug from Linda We Ford, from Knoxville,Tn
The first time through I watched the girl. So amazing. Second time through I watched the guy. Both of them together are perfection of talent and dance moves. Really fun to watch.
I really really really (!) appreciate the two of them showing that neither of us has to be a "straight-from-instagram-100-filters-supermodel" to look great as long as you love what you do. Glowing from the inside, so wonderful!
His dancing is exceptional....smooth and relaxed and always on point. But his personality just shines! His partners are always amazing....but they almost always get upstaged by John.

Yes Laurel...he's got to be a DREAM to dance with. But his Heart and Soul are so exposed when he dances...it overshadows everything. He reminds me a little of the huge prisoner in The Green Mile

Boy he can move and she can too. Many years ago their was a drummer in a local band that was a large man,but the best slow dancer. He was smooth as glass. So yes large men can dance .Enjoyed seeing this video

Swimming helped me Linda, It is very therapeutic and was helping me within 3 weeks well worth a try....3 to 4 times a week for an hour....
