Their skill level is first rate craftsmanship on par with many countries known for craftsmanship. They seem to eyeball dimensions in 3D with incredible precision using machines and tools from 100 year ago which they probably rebuilt without prints. I wonder what OSHA would think about working in a machine shop in sandals dirt floor and all.

Try the 2-cylinder mio sporty engine using an XB piston with a diameter of 54.5 & using a clamp from a shogun's motorbike, maybe the sound and top speed are lighter/tasteful and rich in motorcycles

Saya suka cara kerjanya...rapi dan penuh perhitungan, yang pasti jago Metal dan mesin
We took a 250cc honda clone cn250 engine .Forged internals= con rod piston crank . worked heads cams ect / turbocharged . Installed into Chinese Honda Reflex touring scooter chassis . roughly 35 hp . Went nuts air suspension rear bitubo front scooter forks , steering damper , Best windscreen ect ect . Made into a true touring scooter as it had 64 inch wheelbase and weighed like 500 lbs lol . Could go max 85 mph but could cruise real 75-80mph across country . Sold to young guy we knew going to collage who put on literally 100 miles a day commuting . Sad Ending ... At roughly 20,000 miles the ONLY Chinese part left on the engine = THE BLOCK, = CRACKED... BUT for 20,000 miles we made a 1400$ mail order chinese touring scooter actually be a genuine touring bike . Having a scooter chassis which pivited 1/2 way between the wheelbase the ride was silky smooth(not sportbike handling by any means lol) . You could ride over a body and not know it VERY comfortable . # of Givi biggest bags (2 sides and top bag ) stereo , gps ect ect Great fun to make something work that most think cant be done . Power increase wasnt for speed per say it was to make fast enoough to cruise down the highway for long distance
Why i told you about our build was .. your.. engine in touring scooter would work even better . We stressed the shite out of 1 cylinder 250cc engine . Your 2 cylinder engine much less stress = longer life .
