You must realize he doesn't have emotional empathy so he doesn't appropriately respond to Pan-American empathy-calling concerns at the right time such as broadcasting a calming speech to make all Americans show he actually cares because it actually goes over his head and that require subconsciously having empathy. This is a very conscious act intentionally use to show an empathetic face. It's manipulation of the mass' view not a real genuine empathy act, he did it to show such positive image but in emergent moment he doesn't quickly think to make a positive speech that's because his mind doesn't think that way. George Bush was smarter or more empathetic, he knew to calm and sympathize with Americans, he most logically felt some of the part but he is still a greedy swine. Trump doesn't belong in presidency, it was just an ego battle he had with Obama, the presidency isn't his element it has a lot of responsibility and makes him miserable.
