    We ground everything through out grinder but it was elbow grease not electric motors. Last item through was moist stale bread which cleaned it out. 1950s

    Some chefs just taste their meals with a little spoonful and throw the spoon away, but Daddy Jack..would eat a whole dish...so you know his food was superb!! RIP 🙏🏾

    Jack, King Of sauces.. give him any dish and he can make a sauce to go with it. Man after my own heart.
    Since the stock already had wine in it, I wish I knew what the wine-stock ratio is so I can try to make.

    I have the same set up, it does work great. I use the Shedder attachment for Carrot first then send it through the Mincer. Trial and error my Friend. That Sauce looked really good Buddy!

    Growing up, I hated meatloaf for dinner. Hot dogs too. To me, it felt like poverty eating mystery meat (and we were cutting corners to thin out food). Now I enjoy both.

    went i was a kid my granny always made meatloaf sandwiches for us to eat when we went to an amusement park. we would always pack a big picnic lunch to save money. Yummy!!!

    About six years ago I won a big Hobart meat grinder at a restaurant supply auction for $2,050. I had visions of making and selling my own sausage, hot dogs, & kielbasa. To this day I still have never used it yet. Someday I hope to get motivated.

      Just Do It, War Monger! Play around with it......cook some..freeze some.......cook some good grub and find a construction site and sell your food to the guys....you'll make some decent money just by goofing around! Good Luck! Just Do It!!! ♡♡♡

    I need that grinder I have the same stand mixer. I wonder if you can buy it in metal?
    Edit: I just ordered it in metal its just twice as much as the plastic piece. So its $99.99 not bad it should last a little longer I suppose.

    Damn Jack ya can't feed the Kitchen Aid oak branches from your yard. It has limitations lol 😆 Although I will say I do 3 to 4 deer every year with mine. Who needs that 600 dollar grinder from Cabelas? Not me 50 dollars Amazon!!

      lol why. why set up a food processor when you are already using the grinder. why set up another machine, just to clean it aswell. now u got 2 machines to clean and a great loss of time. not effective at all. this guy did the right thing. so many fucking so called youtube comments chef who think they are better than everyone. its so annyoing.

    There is no such thing as classic chicken meatloaf. There is meatloaf and it can be classic. If it is made with chicken it ain’t meatloaf. It may be very good, even great, but not classic. 😂
