🐓 Shawn didnt know if you knew that here on my island Kauai is known for its feril and wild chickens everywhere, i hardly notice them cause i got used to them everyday squaking 🤣 One thing ive noticed is how important it is for them to forage for their food using their legs to scratch and hunt ,keeps them in shape and happy ! In return they produce better quality eggs and meat whereas factory raised chickens raised in a cage are not happy and have to be pumped full of crap to be able to sell in a store ! Wondering in one of your next episodes if you can share the different varieties of eggs you collect as comparisons of store bought ! More double yolks and larger more flavorable nutrient rich eggs . Thanks Shawn youre awesome! And Calli ❤

Are you just not growing veggies except squashes? There are a lot of healthy veggies out there! I would think that being self-reliant would preclude you from depending on an expensive nutrient supplement instead of your own food supply. I can understand cutting back on potatoes because of the carbs, but don't really understand the lessening of veggie variety.

@@listcheck you do know that your body only uses what it needs and gets rid of the rest. Overdoing anything, even healthy things, is not good for you. Also growing his own vegetables is much cheaper than buying the green stuff. Of course he may be getting it free of charge as he is now being sponsored by the company. Registered dieticians do not recommend it as there are so many ingredients that dangerously interact with lots of different medications.

I tried AG1 and I had an immediate severe allergic to it. They immediately called me when I reported it to them. They were very concerned and did a health screening over the phone to try and figure it out. We however did not. They refunded the product, my daughter tried it and also had a allergic reaction to it. It does not taste good but I guess if you can tolerate it and don’t mind the flavor then go for it.

Your vegetables and eggs are DELICIOUS, I am sure. During my travels, I have eaten pure food from time to time. What is sold in markets is a fact simile of food. You look healthier and more robust than I recall. You're not missing much in the real world. From usa.

5:44 - I find ironic that you feed your chicken with the most natural food you can grow, but you buy green powder concentrate, instead of eating the healthiest greens you can grow. But, I guess cold, hard cash has to come from somewhere... I hope they pay you more than you spend on their product.
