Eating too much starchy foods, smoking, excessive achohol intake, etc, is dangerous. Everything should be in moderation. Having at least two days off just to rest, sleep and relax in a decent environment should be for everyone, especially all the actors or drivers. There is only one life , no duplicate, please.
