I just love how they think they know the defensive match ups. Timberwolves put KAT on Jokic every single game I have watched and they have Gobert sag off AG. They want AG to shoot it. He shot 29% from 3 this year and hit one 3 in the Lakers series. If AG wants to challenge Gobert at the rim, good luck. Before you all start laughing about how KAT can't defend Jokic, no one really can. However over the past 6 games KAT and Jokic have matched up, Jokic shoots sub 40% when KAT is defending him.
He may have held Joker in check during the regular season. But it's a whole different beast now.
Yea but last game he got 2pt: 16-20 - 80.0 % and 3pt: 2-2 - 100.0%.
He also had "bad" nights with shooting below 50 %, but that's without KAT playing. So I think its funny that you think its because of him.

@@swimInsights 11/1/23 was the last game both teams played each other fully healthy. KAT was the primary defender on Jokic. Jokic finished that game with 23/10/3. He shot 11/23 from the field and had 5 turnovers. KAT is very capable of slowing down Jokic. Gonna take a full team effort to beat the Nuggets. Wolves have a historically good defense this year. If they can't stop the Nuggets, then no one can.
Someone showed stats from the regular season games showing that Jokers assist average was way down in each of the games against the Twolves. So he gets his in scoring but the Twolves have been able to disrupt his ability to get the ball to his teammates.
How it actually goes is Jokic feasts on KAT, then when Rudy tries to help him AG dunks on their heads. Then you got Murray and MPJ running wild on top of it

Yeah should be a real close series. I hope Denver wins but I don't believe they are playing as good as last year. I'm also afraid Murray may not hold up Physically.
All I can say is, if the T-Wolves get a 12 or 15 points lead, they won’t give it away easily like the Lakers did

I love Jokic game, and he deserves to be MVP, but Minnesota deep. They play physical defense, have length, and size, and a killer in Ant.

Well in the Twolves series the Nuggets will get to play 5 on 5 vs. 5 on 8 when three players on the other team wear a whistle. I think THIS is the series that determines who wins the NBA Championship.
