    so i was planning to travel in US by myself alone and i'm going to meet my gf for the very first time but she's not US resident. she just flew from other country to US so we can able to meet and tour together there and also i don't have any relatives who lives there. i earned money for this travel plan and i got resigned to my job as well so i can able to stay a month or more in the US which that means i'm unemployed. do you think i can get approved in my visa?

    • @JustKriztina
      @JustKriztina  Před 4 lety +1

      Hmm, this is a very interesting situation. I think you can give it a try but I don't really know if you'd get approved. There's always other angles involved in the consul's assessment. In my opinion, this is just two cents ha :) They will try to find out how long you've been with this person, how you met and see if they see any red flags? Also, they will investigate your financial capacity as you don't have work. They will try to find out how you're going to fund your trip since savings don't mean that you always have money but that depends on how much you've saved up as well. A month or more of stay in the US would mean that you have THAT much money to be able to finance it. That's what I think but who knows? You can try.

      anniebeth caliao hi! Congrats at nahanap nyo na yung tatay mo (: honestly, di ko masabi eh. Pero ang alam ko, just as long as maipprove mo sa kanila w/solid proof/paperworks na uuwi ka dito after seeing your father, and na may solid ties ka dito sa Philippines, it should be fine. Also depende rin sa age mo, if 18 or below ka, you will need a guardian's consent or much better if you will go with a guardian. It's a case-to-case basis kase. Maraming anggulo ang titignan nila. You can try though but they usually suggest, kapag first meeting pa lang, na sila yung papuntahin dito sa lugar natin para mas safe. Pero try mo lang baka pala e consider ng consul yung situation mo. Anyways, if ever di ka ma approve agad you can re-apply naman :)

    So I want to get a girl I've met to the u.s. so what you said about the passport having to be valid for 6 months. Does that mean she shouldn't even apply for the application until she has had her passport for at least 6 months? I'm trying to tell her this but she is telling me she can go get a passport and have it for a week and she will be able to go fill the visa application out. I dont want to spend 160 on this application if they are just going to turn her away because her passport hasn't bee valid long enough

    • @JustKriztina
      @JustKriztina  Před 4 lety +1

      uncucked n loaded Hi! As far as i know and as ai have been informed and oriented during my application, the passport needs to have at least 6months or beyond validity period if you're traveling to the US as a tourist. However, I've also read a recent update on the Six-Month Passport Validity Rule for Entering the U.S. and it includes the Philippines on the list of exemptions. I'm yet to re-confirm and verify this information. If this is true, then she might be good to go for as long as she passes her interview. But personally, I would suggest that she gets one that's valid for a few months or so at least just in case this new info isn't final yet.

      @@JustKriztina thank you for the info. That's exactly what I've been trying to preach to her to do. Is go get her passport first then wait a few months before doing the application fees. But she swears she's going to be able to do all this in 1 shot. I just cant get it through her head that I dont want to waste spending 160 on an application that they are going to reject right off the bat. I think her excitement about coming to the U.S. to finally meet me. Is over powering her logical way of thinking. I know deep down she is smart enough to know the right thing to do. Put thanks for replying back with that info.

    I wanna visit my bf in the US but im afraid about strong ties. I will end my contract here in Japan on March 28 and im planning to apply my visa on April 1st week so it means i won’t be able to be employed in yet. Do you think they will deny my application because of that?

    • @JustKriztina
      @JustKriztina  Před 4 lety +3

      Deborah Lopez Hi! I can't really say. Pero from what I know you need to have strong ties to your home country to prove that you're coming back. Also, finances do matter a lot kase they would assume that you're taking the US Tourist route because you have the money for it. Also, another angle na titingnan nila is your relationship with your BF. In most cases they would see it a red flag if you're meeting him for the first time doon rather than him meeting you before from where you are. That's just my two cents though :)

      Just Kriztina hello sis, sya ung mag i sponsor sken then i already met him thrice here in japan when he visited me last 2018 and 2019. Also okay ba if i can prove to them na I own a property like house and i’ll show to them na ineed to comeback for sure in PH because im goin to claim my lumpsum and tax return from japan. Is it okay ?

    • @JustKriztina
      @JustKriztina  Před 4 lety +2

      Deborah Lopez Ooh okay, if that is so then that's good!☺️👍🏼 Maybe they won't think red flag yan. From what i've heard and read sa research ko, kapag sponsored ka, you must have a letter from the sponsor pagkatapos you'll need to provide your sponsor's financial credentials. But if you go there on a Tourist Visa, yung applying as self-supported ka then you'll have to provide your own. And yes that i think that is OK :) I'm not claiming to be an expert at this ha pero tingin ko solid if you have that here in PH on top of other things. Basta ang masasabi ko, AS MUCH AS YOU CAN provide them everything to make it so solid na di ka nila pagdududahan na di ka na babalik or that you're going to overstay :)

    • @Beemoretravels
      @Beemoretravels Před 4 lety +1

      Just Kriztina Yes i asked my sponsor to send/ provide an invitation and financial credentials like bank statements to me when I get back in PH. Another thing, is it necessary na dapat same ung sa inv. letter and d160 form na date of stay ko sa US? plano ko kc mag stay for 3 mos pero ang ipapalagay ko is 1 month lang sa forms. Oks lng ba? Thanks so much! New subscriber here ! God speed ❤️

    • @JustKriztina
      @JustKriztina  Před 4 lety +1

      Deborah Lopez Yes it's best to match it up para mag coincide kase baka e question ka nila why you stayed longer when 1month lang yung sa DS160 mo. Although di naman kase yan set in stone :) but you have to give them an estimate according to your intention. Usually rin naman, 6mos ang allowed na stay at first. In rare cases they would make you stay for a shorter period depende parin yun. It's a case to case basis. No problem! Anything to help! Thank you for subscribing!☺️❤️

    • @JustKriztina
      @JustKriztina  Před 4 lety +1

      mau gentile Hello po :) i can't really say for sure kase yung decision ng consul po magdedepende yan sa lahat ng anggulong tinitingnan nila about you eh. Supposedly advantage sha pero sometimes it can also be a disadvantage. It is possible na they might think na baka magsstay ka dun kase nandoon yung kids mo. So kelangan mong e solidify yung proof of ties mo to the Philippines and show every proof possible na wala ka talagang plan na magstay longer than you are allowed to do so doon. Pero yun nga po, my two cents lang talaga yan :) Yung kabuuan po ng application and situation mo ang titingnan nila eh. So depende parin talaga yan.

    • @maugentile9693

      Ang pinaka proof of ties ko lng miss kriztina is yung ma petistyon ako ng father ng mga anak kpg citizen na sya sa us do you think valid reason ba yon kasi wala akong work at anomng mga ari arian dito sa pinas na pwede i proof sa mga consule.😔

    • @JustKriztina
      @JustKriztina  Před 4 lety

      mau gentile From what I know eh mahirap pong gawing proof of ties yan eh :( di po kase pwedeng sabihin nyo lang na e ppetition ka po kapag US Citizen na sha. Ang maissuggest ko po sayo eh mag visitor visa ka po. Tourist Visa padin yun. Pero kelangan may invitation letter ka from the father of your kids tapos financial details nya po yung gagamitin sa application. Kaya lang po kahit na po na ganun, kelangan paring may proof of strong ties ka padin po sa Pinas kase kekelanganin po talaga yan para po di ka pag iisipan na mag overstay ka dun or mag TNT. Yun talaga parati nilang iniisip saten mga pinoy tska mga foreigners eh kaya kelangan solid po tayo dyan :)

Pero kung di po marunong mag english yung applicant medyo mahihirapan po talaga ang consul nyan sis kase maraming scary possibilities for that person pagdating dun eh :( In the face of danger for example, pano sha makakapag report? O di kaya pag nagka problema? Tapos iinterviewhin kase pagdating dun. May cubicles yan bago ka papasukin sa first entry point mo. So kelangan makakapag communicate talaga yung person. Di ko alam if allowed ba translators pero usually kase dapat at least marunong ng basic english. Yun ang alam ko.

    Hello @Christine please I have so many questions, I hope you can clarify me. I want to apply for a visit visa in the US. My first problem is I have a citizen who hopefully will review her citizenship this year, I’m afraid of stating that she is the one I’m going to visit because the officers might think that having a family won’t make me go back so I’m thinking of applying to visit my best friend who is also a green card holder.
    My next problem is, people always say getting a visit visa for the us it’s often smooth if you have at least traveled out of your country of origin. I’m presently in another country but I have overstayed my visa. Is it going to affect y us visa ??
    My last question is, what are the exact documents to use when applying for a visit visa and should I apply with my overstay location or my country of origin’s location 🙏🏻

      I haven’t been in your situation before but you mentioning that you’ve overstayed your visa can pose a risk for your application, in my opinion. As for the requirements I’ve mentioned them all on my videos and I’m sure the immigration will also state that on their website for the required ones.

    Hello Mam, My wife and I will work as a Nurse in Texas presumably by next Year. Im planning to bring my parents after i got there thru Visit Visa(B2) to take care of my child and also to have a tour in texas aswell. I would like to ask your opinion if what is the best way for them to go there via Visit Visa.
    1. Is it via Sponsorship or Self Application?
    2. If it is Via Self Application. My father will be retired by then and he will receive a pension in GSIS of around 59,000/Month or 1700 dollars. My mother is a Housewife and she will receive 10,000 /month or 200 dollars.
    My question is will it be enough for them to be approved by the US Embassy?
    Or will i also send any documents from texas that i can support them while they are here?
    Thank you. Im just planning it ahead of time because as soon as i arrived there i went them to be there already maybe around 6 months from the day of arrival. Thank you :)

    Do you think I will have a problem with getting a girl to come to US on B2 Tourist visa from Mindanao? Do I need to finalize the divorce to my wife first? Or she can still come without that?

      The consul will look at a lot of angles not only what you've mentioned. So it will all depend on that. Might be hard if things are complicated and will raise even mroe red flags.

    Hello po. I have a question regarding how to apply B2 US visa. Kailangan po ba ng medical to apply? I want to sponsor kasi my parents but I’m not really sure if they need a medical certificate or no. Thankyou for your help.

      Hi po, of course I don't mind po. From what I know, you really need to print it out. Is there any way you can retrieve it? I haven't encountered anyone na di na-iprint yung kanila so I'm not sure. But if you're talking about the paper na need isabay submit on the day of the interview, you really need to get it po. Maybe you can retrieve it pa.
